The game was a fitting farewell 恰到好处的欢送礼仪 for Chelsea manager Guus Hiddink. We've had it this season but not today unfortunately.
"But we can all be proud of our achievements, we can all be immensely proud." The phrase when it comes to the crunch is used when talking about a situation where you have to make a crucial decision or give an important performance. Everton midfielder Tim Cahill was also saddened 遗憾,伤感 by the result.
"I'm just gutted because this was a chance to win some silverware." To be gutted is a slang term which means to be very disappointed and annoyed about something. "We lose as a team and win as a team.
