刘璨，男，山东省鱼台县人，1966年8月生，博士，国家林业局经济发展研究中心研究员(三级)、中心政策研究室主任，中国农业大学经济管理学院兼职研究生指导教师，青岛农业大学客座教授，中国林业科学院硕士研究生导师，国家林业局会计经济系列高级专业技术资格评审委员会委员，世界林业经济专业委员会委员，中国木材工业学会理事，内蒙古乌海市人民政府顾问（2008~2012年），国际环境与发展理事会资深会员（Fellow, Leadership for Environment and Development），《林业经济》杂志编委，《经济学（季刊）》特约审稿人，《北京林业大学学报（社科版）》特约审稿人，《北京林业大学学报》特约审稿人，《南京林业大学学报》特约审稿人，《Forestry Studies in China》特约审稿人，《Environmental Management》特约审稿人，《African Journal of Agricultural Research 》特邀审稿人。主要研究方向为林业经济理论与政策。主持国家重点基础研究发展计划973计划课题、世界银行项目、财政部项目、国家林业局重点项目等26项。出版《林业重点工程与消除贫困问题研究》等专著与译著12部，在《Environmental Management》等英文期刊发表论文10篇，在《中国农村经济》等中文核心期刊发表论文53篇。

LIU CAN
LIU CAN, male, was born in Yutai county, Shandong province in August 1966. He is the third-level researcher with doctor’s degree in Economic Research Center of the State Forestry Administration of China (SFAC), the director of policy research office, master’s part-time supervisor of Economics & Management School of China Agricultural University, the adjunct professor of Qingdao Agricultural University, master’s supervisor of the Chinese academy of Forestry Sciences, a member of the Senior Professional Technology Qualification Committee of Accounting Economics of SFAC, a member of the World Forestry Economics Professional Committee, the director of Chinese Institute of Wood Industry, the advisor of Inner Mongolia People’s Government (2008-2012), the senior fellow of International Environment and Development Council, a member of editorial board of Forestry Economics Journal, the invited reviewer for Economics, Journal of Beijing Forestry University (social sciences edition), Journal of Beijing Forestry University , Journal of Nanjing Forestry University, Forestry Studies in China, Environmental Management, African Journal of Agricultural Research. His research interest is theory and policy of forestry economics. He had hosted 26 research projects of different levels, including the 973 program, projects from World Bank, projects from China’s Ministry of Finance, key projects from SFAC, etc. Dr. Liu has authored and translated 12 books, like Study on Forestry Project and Eliminating Poverty. He also has written numerous articles for leading journals. He has published 10 articles on English journals such as Environmental Management. And 53 articles of him have appeared in Chinese core journals like Chinese Rural Economy.

苟天来简介
苟天来，男，1980男生于四川省都江堰市，农村发展与管理博士，副教授，现为农村区域发展系系主任。1998年9月-2002年6月，中国农业大学人文学院，社会学专业学习，获法学学士；2002年9月-2005年6月，中国农业大学人文与发展学院，社会学专业学习，获法学硕士学位；2005年9月-2009年6月，中国农业大学人文与发展学院，农村发展与管理专业，获管理学博士学位。2007年10月-2008年10月，爱尔兰科克大学食品科学与商业管理学院的生计可持续发展中心，访问学者。
目前主讲《统计方法与应用》、《参与式发展规划》、《社会学》、《企业社会责任与社会创新》等课程。
主要研究方向为农村自然资源管理、农村社区治理、农业国际援助、社会管理与社会创新。近年来，主持项目主要包括：（1）亚太社区林业培训中心（RECOFTC）“中国社区林业能力建设需求评估”；（2）农业部对外经济与和合作中心“亚行贷款旱作可持续农业项目”评估和项目监测管理以及“农业利用国外贷赠款五年（2011-2015）规划研究课题”；（3）北京市教委“社区集体股份制能力建设需求研究”。
作为咨询专家参与完成咨询项目主要有：参与完成国家发展与改革委员会气候司“气候变化框架下农业“南南合作”发展规划、湖南省教育厅“亚洲开发银行职业教育贷款示范项目”资金申请报告编写、河南三农牧业集团产业发展规划、湖南省发展与改革委员会“世界银行贷款建设经济综合开发示范镇项目”移民安置计划评估、山东省莱州市高效农业发展规划、黑龙江哈尔滨通河县“十二五”强县战略规划、国际计划（中国）“水环境与卫生”项目从事终期评估等项目、AusAID“青海省林业资源管理项目”社区发展规划等。
GOU Tianlai, Ph.D., is an associate professor and the director of Department of Rural Development, College of Urban & Rural Development. He has participated in many famous programs and projects.
In 2011, he drafted the 12th Five-Year Development Plan for Utilizing Foreign Loan and Grant for Ministry of Agriculture P.R. C., and this plan was issued by Ministry of Agriculture P.R. C. in 18, Jan, 2011.
Since 2009, he has been employed as consultant by Foreign Economic Cooperation Center (FECC), P.R.C. to conduct the baseline survey, the program monitoring, and the mid-term evaluation for generation income of farmers based on value chain, which enriched his experience in value chain because the program involved 26 agriculture companies and at least 12 crops and some herbs in Shandong, Henan, and Gansu provinces. In these years, he has also conducted other consultation projects concerning agriculture food value chain, such as making livestock production development plan for Sannong Group based on cost-benefit analysis and commodity governance analysis for quality control along pig value chain, making analysis impacts of benefits-sharing institution on vegetable quality, and selecting agriculture market construction location, a World Bank-loaned program in Hunan Province, through cost-benefit analysis and social equity analysis.
From 2005 to 2009, he conducted benefits sharing institution analysis along forestry commodity value chain. This program was funded by IDRC and WRI. In this program, game for profits among stakeholders along value chain was investigated deeply, market power of stakeholders was analyzed, the issue that how legislative power, judicial power and enforcement power concerning development of commodity standard influenced benefits sharing among stakeholders along value chain was explored, and informal and formal institutions that influenced benefits sharing among farmers, buyers, retailers and governments especially were deeply identified.
Moreover, Dr. GOU’s research experience has spanned a wide array of topic areas, including social assessment, community development plan, famers’ behavior, group lending for microfinance, urban agriculture and food safety, natural resources management and so on. He once was employed as consultant by AusAID, Plan (China), China International Poverty Reduction Center, and RECOFTC.

唐衡简介
唐衡，男，1980年10月出生，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。主要从事都市农业、生态经济和农业科技园区方面的教学与科研工作。主讲都市农业、低碳农业、资源经济学等课程。近年来先后主持了中国都市现代农业指标监测与评价研究（农业部，2012-2013）、社会资本进入都市现代农业问题研究（北京市农业局，2011-2012）、北京市沟域经济创新发展研究（北京市哲社规划重点项目，2009-2010）、北京市农田生态系统服务价值评估（北京市农业局，2007-2009）等科研项目9项，主持或主笔北京市十二五时期都市型现代农业发展规划、北京市农产品加工业发展规划等发展战略规划和园区规划设计11项，出版书籍5部，发表论文8篇，获北京市农业技术推广奖一等奖一项。

Tang Heng, male, was born in 1980. As a doctor, associate professor and the master’s supervisor, his teaching and research focus on urban agriculture, ecological economics and agricultural science & technology Park. In recent years, he has been hosting 9 research projects of different levels, including "Chinese modern urban agriculture indicators monitoring and evaluation" (Department of Agriculture, 2012-2013), "Social capital in modern urban agriculture "(Beijing Municipal Bureau of Agriculture, 2011-2012), "Study of valley economy development in Beijing city" (Beijing Philosophy and Social Science Planning Projects, 2009-2010), " Assessment of farmland ecosystem service value in Beijing"(Beijing Municipal Bureau of Agriculture, 2007-2009) . He has been hosting 11 regional development planning and agricultural park planning, such as "Beijing urban modern agricultural development planning", "Beijing agricultural industry development planning". He has published 4 books and 8 papers. He won the first prize of Beijing Agricultural Technology Extension Award.

郑文堂，1960年7月出生，山西潞城人，中共党员，经济学博士教授, 博士生导师，亚美尼亚工程院外籍院士。毕业于西南财经大学产业经济学专业1983年8月参加工作主要从事工业企业管理、产业经济、高等教育管理研究。曾任北方工业大学党委副书记、纪委书记、副校长，北京建筑工程学院校长等职兼任英国格莱摩根大学荣誉教授，教育部本科教学工作水平评估专家，中国建设教育协会高等教育委员会主任，中国有色金属学会经济管理学术委员会副主任委员，中国优选法统筹法,分管学校办公室，负责干部工作与经济数学研究常务理事，北京市企业管理现代化创新成果评审委员会委员，北京大学亚太研究院兼职教授北京市新农村建设研究基地（省部级哲社研究平台）主任，主持学校党委全面工作英国格莱摩根大学荣誉博士俄罗斯圣彼得堡国立建筑工程大学荣誉博士。

Zheng Wentang
Born: July 1960; Lucheng,, Shanxi Province.
Member of the CPC; Ph.D in Economics, Professor, doctoral advisor; Foreign academician of the Armenia Academy of Engineering . He had been to work since 1983.
Zheng graduated from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, and his major is Industrial Economics. He was awarded Honorary Doctor Degree of University of Glamorgan and St. Petersburg State Architectural and Civil Engineering University. He has served as Deputy Party Secretary of the North China University of Technology, Secretary of Committee for Discipline Inspection, President of Beijing university of civil engineering and architecture. He has been president of Beijing university of agricultural since September 2011. He also serves as Honorary Professor of University of Glamorgan, expert in Undergraduate teaching level evaluation in the Ministry of Education, Chairman of the higher education committee of China Construction Education Association, deputy director of Economic Management Academic Committee of the Nonferrous Metals Society of China, standing Director of Chinese Society for Optimization, Overall Planning and Economic Mathematics, the member of the achievement of innovation of business management modernization evaluation committee, an adjunct professor at Asia-Pacific Research Institute of Peking University, the director of the New Rural Construction Research center.
He is in charge of the overall work of Party committees and Daily Affairs and Services , and responsible for the work of cadres in Beijing University of Agricultural.
曹钧简介
曹均，男，生日：1964-06-19，籍贯湖北省，1986年毕业于中国农业大学生物学院，现在北京市农林科学院农业综合发展研究所工作，推广研究员，兼职中国经济林协会板栗专业委员会副会长、秘书长。工作方向山区资源开发与经济建设，专业特长板栗栽培，植物资源利用与山区发展，农业规划与沟域经济。主持完成国家基金、国家支撑、市重点与攻关、市农业技术示范多项课题，参与多项区域发展规划编制，出版《山区农业生产实用技术》《循环农业》《板栗密植栽培实用技术》专著。
Cao Jun was born in Hubei province on June 19, 1964 and graduated from College of Biological Science,
His main mission at IAID is economic construction and resources development in mountain areas, especially specialize in cultivation techniques of chestnut, utilization of plant resources and development of mountain areas, agricultural planning and valley economics.
Up to now, he has presided and completed many projects, such as National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Science and Technology Support Programs, Beijing key projects, Beijing key scientific and technological projects and so on. He has also participated in many Regional Development Planning and published some books including The Practical Agrotechniques in Mountain Areas, The Circular Agriculture, The Close Planting and Cultivation Practical Techniques in Chestnut.
