In today's culture to become famous one needs two things（1），talent and/or effective promotion. Someone with talent（2），such as a world-class athlete，can gain fame through exceptional abilities. Alternatively，effective promotion（3） can make you famous simply by sufficiently exposing oneself to the public.

在当今的文化中，要成名需要两件事（1），人才和/或有效的晋升。有天赋的人，比如世界级的运动员，可以通过非凡的能力获得声誉。或者，有效的宣传（3）可以通过充分向公众展示自己而让你出名。

In my country, the most famous people are politicians and businessmen. You can see them on TV and read about them in newspapers. Sometimes, they even allow magazines to come to their homes and take photographs, so readers can see how they live and what furniture they have.

在我国，最着名的人是政治家和商人。你可以在电视上看到他们，也可以在报纸上看到他们。有时，他们甚至允许杂志到他们家里拍照，这样读者就可以看到他们的生活方式和他们有什么家具。
