Well I tend to have a cup of tea when I have to choose between the two. It’s hard for me to know the differences between the Macha(摩卡) or Mande Ling(曼特宁)while when it comes to tea, it’s pretty easy——green , white, red or Black，I could tell them through the colors and the taste of them are good.

2.What do you usually prepare for your guests, tea or coffee?

Tea always is my first choice as I prepare different kinds of tea in my office or home. You know , make a cup of tea could be a process or some kind of conversation between me and my guests, because we could oversee the changes of tea-leaves in boiling water and wait for drinking, and then,the topics are coming.

3.When was the last time you drank coffee or tea?

I just drank tea this morning because it’s one of my habits in each day. And I believe the tea could refresh my energy and mind, for me, a good opening of a day is to drink a cup of tea.
