1、收到成绩单原件后，在官网提交申请并付费。付费完成后，成绩复议流程开始。

2、复议结果出来后，考生会收到邮件提醒，可以去官网查看并重新邮寄成绩单。

3、成绩复议过程一般是4-6周。复议过程中，考生成绩将被冻结，不能用来申请国内外院校或提交移民机构。

4、关注钱是不是被扣款，若是已扣款，代表进入到了审核，考生的审核要等待了。

5、如果费用没有被扣除，那么要联系考试部门查明具体情况。

Dear Sir or Madam，

My name is XXX(Candidate No.:XXX). I took part in the IELTS test（Academic Training）on 27th April，2013 for the purpose of pursuing the Master Degree of Economics in Hong Kong. Bearing the puzzlement of the result，I wish to reassess my test score on writing. 

In order to see where I was in terms of English proficiency，I took my first IELTS test on 23rd February without any preparation. Then after two months hard work，I took my second IELTS test.The scores I got this time listening(8.5)，reading(8)and speaking(6.5)saw various increases compared with previous ones. However，to my surprise，the writing section was still 6，which I think I have also done a good job and would be a higher score. 

For the past period，I have spent almost 5 hours a day to practice both the task 1 and task 2 on writing section. Moreover，I was greatly benefited from a native-English teacher on writing structure and how to improve my writing skill. After two months study，he told me that my writing skill had improved a lot.However，I still got 6 in the writing part and this really made me puzzled and frustrated. 

Thanks for my excellent academic background，I have fortunately obtained an offer from the University of Hong Kong，which condition was to reach at least 6.5 on all four components before July. If I cannot get a satisfactory score，I will lose this opportunity to further my education at my dream school. And taking another exam is extremely inconvenient for me，so I request to remark my writing section.
