I have lent money to friends and family members and borrowed money from family members and friends, and neither situation worked out very well.

I dont like lending things to people, is that a bad thing? Not at all. I once felt pressured by friendship or family ties to lend items to them. If I buy something for myself, its something that I truly want. I dont squander my money and I place a high value on my belongings...especially my books.

How do you feel when people dont return things they borrowed from you?当别人借东西不还，你有什么感觉?

I would request them/remind them to return the things they owe to me, maybe once or twice. If they still do not return the things, I would not ask them again. I believe that it is the individuals responsibility to return what they have borrowed.
