The past decades have witnessed an impending trend towards offensive behaviors in society. While this conundrum may have been the outcome of complex causal configurations that act conjointly in different local contexts, I would see it as the consequence of unhealthy growth environment and poverty, and this problem should be addressed by joint efforts from families, schools, and authorities.

The first factor to blame is inappropriate education. Many of those showing no respect for social norms may have been subject to poor education or chaotic family life during childhood, both of which tend to result in their antisocial personality. Also, another culprit behind the phenomenon could be the increased gap between rich and poor: people from with lower social and economic status are more likely to establish hatred of society and opt to have destructive or criminal behaviors.

Given the above hypotheses, I would say it is the responsibility of parents, schools, and governments to curb the tendency towards antisocial behaviors. From educational perspective, parents should improve parenting skills, for example by stop using corporal punishment, which cultivates a healthy personality of younger generations. Likewise, schools could add course of social responsibility to compulsory curricula, thus instilling social consciousness into young minds. As for economic disparity, governments can take steps to narrow the gap, whether these be increasing the minimum wage or giving the disadvantaged a voice in society; both approaches may alleviate the resentment among those in lower social status.

I would conclude therefore, the anti-social behavior is the consequence of educational and economic reasons, and the problems can be tackled from these two aspects accordingly.
