Anti-social behavior is increasingly common nowadays, but we can also take steps to reduce the harm that it does to the society. This essay will analyze the reasons for this phenomenon and the measures to address these problems.

Family and parents education are the main cause of the increase of anti-social behavior, which leads to the childrens lack of respect towards other people in their future. When children are still too young to tell right from wrong, many parents do not set a good example. They swear or even use violence to teach their children, who are excellent imitators, and they simply just copy their parents mode of solving problems when they grow up. It is no a surprise but unreasonable family education in the past that results in the common anti-social behavior in the modern society.

What is more, Internet is another major reason. Since the birth of Internet, having access to information, including the violent and disrespectful one, becomes unprecedently easy. After spending too much time on the Internet, many people sometimes forget that they are in the real world, which are filled with real people, who also have genuine feelings. Lack of authentic interactions makes people forget the importance of mutual respect.

To address this worrying issue, parents first need to behave politely in front of their children. Instead of having complaints, or simply whining against their childrens anti-social behavior, parents are supposed to behave as a responsible member of the society. As individuals, it is also essential for each of us to understand the difference between the cyber space and the real world. Some actions are probably acceptable online, but they are not the same in the real world, which may cause more serious anti-social behavior, such as physical conflicts or even crimes.

To conclude, parents can teach their children in a more reasonable way, and people need to be aware of the difference between the real world and Internet, so that we can have a society with less conflicts.
