这道题的关键点就是在于描述你吃到它的感受。因为我是自己煮，所以详细介绍了一下煮的过程。

前面还简单交代了购买经过：去超市看到货架子上的那个牌子刚好是前段时间一个朋友推荐给我的，于是拿了一包打算回家试试。

煮完之后，我希望我是能够三下五除二把这碗粉一扫光。然而，现实却是，先放了半小时，然后吃了几口。因为，实在是，太，热，了！吃不动。

It may sound a bit crazy that I would eat such a bowl of hot food on such a hot day. I was just so curious about how it would feel like to cook while sweating. Its my first bowl of home-made snail noodles.Ive heard about this food so many times in my life and I had always wanted to give it a try. I even thought about visiting Liuzhou, which is the city where this food originated from. However,its impossible these days due to the serious pandemic of Covid-19.I guess I have to settle for making it by myself. Well, I was shopping in a supermarket a week ago and saw packages of this kind of noodles on a shelf. I was recommended by a friend of mine to tast ethis brand which is called the king of snail noodles.Therefore, I was truly delighted when I saw it and without any hesitation, I took one bag. Until today, I finally thought about it and took it out and cooked it.

The temperature in the kitchen was driving me a bit mad. I didntreally want to eat it. I was simply trying to find myself something to do on an uneventful day off. It was quite easy to cook it.Firstly, I took out all the small packs of ingredients from the bigbag. Then I started to boil the noodles. After about 3 minutes, it was boiled and I turned down the fire to let it boil for 6 more minutes. I prepared a bowl of cold water and put the hot noodles into it to let it cool. Then, I poured some of the water out of the cooking pan and started to add all the other ingredients into the pan. I put some cooking oil inside first, then the chilli oil,followed by vinegar, some peanuts, fresh bamboos, snails etc. Its melled amazing and my mouth was watering. Later, I put the cooled noodles back into the pan and mixed everything together. I let the mboil for one more minute and finally poured them into a huge bowl.When its done, I didnt feel like eating it at all since its so hot. I left it there for about 20 minutes then gave it a try.
