1.不要过于个人化

2.不要用编造的研究结果

这种做法不可取，特别是当为了举例而举例、造成编造的内容过于夸张、没有说服力、没能支撑论点时，考官会认为与题目无关，影响TR分数。

与其编造不靠谱的例子，不如用一些确实广为人知的结论，用相对模糊、概括的表达写出来，更准确稳妥。上面的段落可以改为：
