特征

■ 新闻最主要的三个特征分别是实时性real-time（具有时间限制），真实性authenticity（反映的内容必须是真实的）和准确性accuracy（报道的时间time、地点place、人物people必须与事实truth相符合）。

■ 新闻在结构上，一般包括标题title、导语introduction、主体subject、背景background和结语conclusion五个部分。标题、导语、主体是消息必不可少的indispensable，背景和结语有时则蕴涵在主体里面，有时省略。

A:Well, I think it does happen in many situations. For journalists, they need to dramatize news to arouse peoples attention. In this way, they tend to add their own arguments（加入自己的观点） to the facts by laying emphasis on something andweakening or even ignoring some points（弱化或忽略了某些因素） in the whole event. Then, although the whole story line remains the same, the audiences reactions to the facts could be totally different, which can be regarded as making changes to what happens.
