Positive or negative 积极还是消极, 且题目中并没有A和B比较的内容，判定为单观点议论文，建议采用倾向型站一方强调积极或消极。

关键词：主体对象-设定立场为消极。主体对象：mothers and fathers 现象：父母角色转变。

分析：父母角色方面同学们有较大发挥的空间。母亲传统意义上位housework chore家务主导，并且要照看孩子;父亲则需要挣钱养家去pay off bills。当角色转变是，确实能够更加促进性别平等，但消极影响也不容忽视。本文立场为消极。

(1)男性如果转变觉得转变为家务主导，会遭受到周围人的歧视。

(2)女性作为母亲，身体需要休养同时承担较大的工作压力，较之前负担更重。

让步：父母角色的转变确实体现了性别平等方面的进步。女性将不再会因为性别因素而限制其自由发展。反驳：但是父母具体扮演什么角色应该有父母各自具备的具体能力决定，而不是一定要人云亦云。

The role of two genders are gradually altering in recent years. Personally,I believe this trend may result in more unfavorable influences.

First of all, as men may have certain social expectations which are not easy to be shifted，the alternation of family roles may bring about discrimination to them. In other words,in most societies, the males are supposed to make good fortune and support their families,and if they abandon their jobs and act as the housework chores ,the people surrounding may underestimate them or even insult them as sugar daddies, by which I mean males may suffer from mounting mental pressure due to the shift.

Apart from the psychological barriers that males may suffer, females also may encounter certain obstacles even when they superficially obtain more freedom to work. Admittedly，the employers are not allowed to discriminate on the basis of gender, but there do exist the glass ceiling that bars females from upper management in large corporations, as once women determine to become the mothers,they cannot avoid having the maternity leave for three months or more to recover from the operation and take care of their infants,which may delay the daily progress of the companys projects. Therefore, after the change of the roles, these mothers are expected to support the families, and they would have no choice but to sacrifice both the time accompanying their new born babies and the physical health of themselves so as to maintain their current positions in their enterprises.

Yet it cannot be denied that the converting roles of the parents does mean the huge progress in gender equality as women are now no longer forced to be the housewives and acquire more freedom to continue the occupations they like.However, from my perspective, this tendency is only beneficial for those families whose mothers obtain much greater capacity for work and fathers are eager to cater for the children by themselves. After all, if these parents are not willing to change but to go after the flow, this tendency may become tortures for both of them.

In conclusion, it seems to me that the trend exerts detrimental influences on most families mainly because of the pressure and burden that two gender may both suffer from simultaneously.
