I think it depends on the specific situation. Which means that different classes with different atmosphere shouldhave different ways to teach. The teacher can be funny to interact with the students, while if the studentsin the class are naughty, disgusted with learning, and not obedient, then if the teacher is still funny, some studentsmay further disturb the order in the classroom, which will affect the whole process of teaching

First of all, teachers should have excellent professional knowledge, so that they can complete the basic teachingtasks and teach correct and appropriate knowledge to students. In my opinion, both of them are important. Practical skills and academic skills are like two sides of a coin----youcant neglect any of them. Though academic skill is a great guiding tool, reality always varies from the theory.Practical skill can, meanwhile, verify the validity of academic skills and then help to modify them.
